Under the SPREP platform, SPIRE acquired 2.7 million square feet of a Grade-A IT Park in Chennai with blue chip MNC tenants. The local operations and execution was managed by SPIAPL

Status: Acquired in 2019

Under the SPREF II platform, SPIRE has acquired a 1.8 million square feet IT Park which is substantially leased and has a development potential of 0.9 million square feet, in a supply-constrained micromarket.

Status: Acquired in 2019

Under the SPREF II platform, SPIRE advised acquisition of an IT SEZ comprising close to ~2.4 million square feet of fully leased space in a prominent technology cluster of Hyderabad. This asset is LEED Gold certified for core and shell, and LEED Platinum certified for operation and maintenance.
